I been doing hardcore setup and running even eating right. and my abs still don't show whats the next level of abs workout's should i do at the gym or even at home?

Running is a sure way to shed some body fat but like the nutrition, its part of a bigger picture. What are you currently doing as an anaerobic/resisitance and abdominal routine, and what do you estimate your body fat to be? Also how long have you been on this routine.
