weight loss

I have lost a lot of weight in the past 3 years going from a size 24 to a 10 but i still have a good 25-30 pounds to go. I'm 5'0 and have a body fat% of 21. I workout 5-6 days a week doing boot camp 3 dyas a week which is a very intense 1 hour workout and i lift heavy weights and cardio 3 dyas a week. I am pretty good with my nutrition, except for the holidays. It is killig me to get rid of the last 25 pounds. I eat anywhere from 1500 to 1200 calories a day including high protien with complex carbs and low cal protein shakes. What else can I do to loose weight. I don't want to be skinny at all as for my body type that I will never be. I'm short and carry alot of muscle and I feel like my body is fighting to hold on to that last 25 pounds I want to get rid of. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

In general...what are your main concerns with fitness/nutrition?

I am trying to gather information about what bothers you or worries you about your workouts? What things prevent you from getting into the gym? what things are intimidating about gym atmosphere or just working out in general? Any questions or comments please let me know :O)

Scales with body fat measurer

I'm looking into buying a digital scale that has a body fat percentage measurement option. How accurate is the body fat feature? I've been getting measured via the "pinch" method...but never via a scale.

Suitable Trainer for Me?

Where can I find a suitable trainer for me? Provided I have no other motivation other than to get bigger than my bro, perhaps a quite attractive female trainer will do the trick. Know of any?
