When done correctly the entire body should move as a single unit. To make this happen avoid allowing your hips to "dip," as well as avoiding a downward dog appearance.

* Face down with hands on the ground below your shoulders.
* For beginners kneeling on the ground is OK.
* Simultaneously lower your entire body by bending your elbows.
* Push away to return to start.
