I have been working out 5 days a week cardio and light weight trainning. I have a pretty flat stomach but my major area I need help losing is the love handles in the back what is the best exercise to target that area? I eat well lots of fruits and vegtables make up 75% of my food for the day. I also work out for 1 hour 5 days a week but I am seeing no results on my lovehandles on the back. I am 130lbs and little over 5 feet tall so any help you can give would be great.

It looks like you are on the right program to reach your goals. Remember that spot reduction is more of a myth than fact. The best way to look at this would be by considering it a plateau. At times we all have an obstacle on the way to success. To overcome this take a momonet to reevaluate your workouts, their intensity, and recovety time. Know also that body fat tends to go slowly from some areas and faster from others. If you are seeing change in others this spot will catch up soon.
