Losing a little after a setback weekend
No change today. I've added swimming to my exercise routine, lots of new muscles working!
Well I gained back a couple of pounds this weekend. Not sure what the problem was, didn't eat that badly, but it could've been that I had too much salt.
was away from home yesterday and did a good job again. It's tough when you've got people eating and drinking bad stuff all day long!

Was really tired this morning, trying to work through the second week may be tough.
Well, I made it through the weekend and held my ground. No more playing catch-up during the week!
