I need to minimize on the amount of carbs i intake everyday. And focus on eating more protien.

recently i've been having soreness in my muscles and feel like my metabolism is getting faster.

I have been walking everday. It seems to be helping. My appetite is less and my energy is growing. I feel better knowing I have made an effort to better myself. My goal is to be in better shape for my son. He is growing so fast. I want to be that dad that plays ball and chases him around the yard.
Today i walked the trail of a total 4 miles i feel less tense.
Walked 4 miles on the trail of town lake it was hot today. I was able to get a good sweat out of it as well as a good exercise. I did some crunches and push-ups before i went walking haven't quite worked up to jogging yet.

Today i walked from my house to ACC which is about 4 miles. I first started about a week ago. I also do light weights on mondays and fridays. Today i am still sore.
