So today was supposed to be the day I started my exercise routine, but I got up too late. And another thing on top of that I have absolutely no idea as to how I should work out. I don't have any equipment here at home, and I just can't afford to go to a gym like I use to. I have no idea where to start. I wish there was some magical website or something that I could access that would show me some good routines, but not those stupid one. Like those work outs your suppose to do at work on the chair, or the ones that you have a big blue ball and you feel like a complete idiot trying to balance on the stupid thing, and then you totally fall straight onto the floor(unfortunately, been there, done that). Anyways if anyone reading this knows of any good workouts that are able to be done at home without any equipment, please let me know, I'm desperate.
