![]() It has been a wonderful experience. Everyone learned something about them selves, gained experience and results in weight loss. As a last reminder, it is important that after reaching your weight loss goals, to slowly reintroduce calories. This will prevent your body from super compensating and storing more than you are happy with. Reward yourself with one of your favorite new clean meals or make the day about yourself by taking a few days off from the rigors of exercise or go for a relaxing massage.
