Mary De Leon

Please visit www.cornerstonefitnessaustintx.com for more info on my personal training services. Stewardship refers to the management of property, finances, and affairs. I believe that we are all responsible for taking care of what we are given or own, including our physical health. We should be proactive in caring for our bodies by eating nutritious foods and exercising regularly. My goal is to provide others with the tools necessary to learn about physical stewardship as a part of a well-rounded lifestyle, and to demonstrate that fitness and good health can be attained in a variety of environments.
