i would like to help you and give me a diet chart for me which will enable me to loose my and weight and yet stay fit and healthy.
i believe excersing does help in weight loss but once you stop that then you put on even more weight than what you had before and here if my diet in balanced for the day then i might not have to go to the gym for a longert period

Nutrition
Yes it is important to maintain healthy eating habits before, during, & after training. Putting on weight after finishing a period of exercise and becoming sedentary is relative to the amount of calories consumed. Weight is gained only when a person eats more calories than they need. To be more specific i would need to know what your current diet and exercise routines are like as well as your height, weight, & age.
