Hi Angela, There are usually underlying factors that need to be resolved when we overdo just about anything. Boo, I know! Maybe you could find a support group that could help you regain control and overcome this obstacle. Change is hard, and it's important to surround yourself with positive people who will support you. There's an Overeaters Anonymous group that meets at my church every Friday. Let me know if you'd like their contact info. Good Luck, heySubmitted by faye1979 on Thu, 05/01/2008 - 8:00pm.

You're welcome! I love that saying by E. Kubler-Ross that you put at the end of your message. I've got to remember to pass that one around! Good luck and keep me posted. Sincerely, Mary |
Strategy
A support group is definitely one of the keys to the door of success. In addition, take time for breakfast daily and make sure you have a good post workout meal. By doing these two things it will put a damper on many of the cravings that you are experiencing.
