ran a 5k and got a round of golf in today. hoping to keepup the momentum up for 1 more week.

just had a good hour or so of playing ball at the gym. Gotta go shopping for food this weekend i'm out so one more time for the diet.
got in a good workout yesterday playing raquetball for over an hour. gonna try to get in a long run today since I should be off after lunch.
Been trying to keep up with the workouts all week and trying to hold the diet, ut its been getting harder the longer I do this.
Had a good workout yesterday tho I did have to cheat a little bit on my diet. Hoping to get a game of basketball and a round of golf in today.
I'm hoping to get in good workouts all week since I have an extra amount of spare time.
Going grilling today then out to party tonight. Gonna put in a decent workout here in a little bit then go for a real long run tomorrow.
I ran 5.5 miles this morning and was just exhausted all day. I think I'll pull back on my future morning workout so I'm not gassed all day.
Just past the halfway point and Im already nearing my goal of 200 lbs. Hope that I can keep my progress going forward and just go fllying by 200.
Got to play 18 holes in the morning and go for a short run in the afternoon today. Didn't have to cheat on my diet this weekend either so hoping to keep that trend going for the next month.
Coming up on the 1 month point and its hard to stay good on the diet. I got an ear infection goin n t so its hard t stay motivated to d any exercise.
Didn't have to cheat to badly and got my workuts in. Hoping to keep my habits as we come up on the halfway point.
I got in a 5k and 18 holes today without having to break my diet. Hoping to keep it up over the long weekend.
I just finished a 4.5 mile run. I'm glad that the workouts have started getting easier. Gonna try to stay good on my diet over the weekend and keep losing weight.
My bldy is finally recovering from the beatings ive been giving it lately and I am starting to feel better after a workout instead of like quitting. The diet is still the hardest part of the weight loss but I hope to get down below 200 lbs then to be able to scale back the dieting after that and just keep working out.
I've noticed that the more weight that I lose the less I want to work out. I can see the results and its becoming harder to stay motivated. I still have at least 10 more pounds that I want to lose but im pretty sure that wont be enough to even get 5th in this competition.
I just finished playing football with my buddies for a couple of hours and were gonna break out the grill and go see the new transformers tonight. Hoping to make up the cheating tonight with a good long run tommorrow.
I was playing basketball and i slipped on the court and shredded a couple of my toes. After my shin splints started flaring up gonna have to find a new way to get cardio in without being able to run or use the elliptical.
I went for a run today and that jacksonville sun was just brutal. My shin splints flared up after only 2 miles so I hope that their not going to be to bad.
I just worked a 18 hour day followed by a 14 hour day. I swore I wouldn't cheat on my diet during the 2 months, but my boss brought in pizza to reward us for the last 2 days and I couldn't resist. Hope to not cheat again but if I have to work that many hours again I'm sure that a little comfort food will be required.
I am happy with the progress I have made. My musceles have stopped being so sore and I hope to be able to ramp up my workouts.
Well 5 days in and I still have't cheated on my diet. I've been using a 700 calorie a meal maximum and haven't starved to death yet. I hope to by the end of this competition be down to a 500 calorie a meal maximum but I'm pretty sure I'd die if I went that low now. My musceles all hate me right about now but they get less sore every day so I'm hoping next week isn't so bad.
Well I've worked out everyday since tuesday when I weighed in and ive already lost a few pounds. I think fruit salad is the greatest invention ever since I can't stand most normal salads. Its really helped me cut back calories to replace sides w/ a fruit salad.
I started with the biggest loser today and it looks like a long road ahead. I am hoping that with time it gets easier.
