I am looking for either a group or an individual interested training for a Half Marathon. I live in north Austin on Parmer near McNeil Dr (78727). I can provide the 13/14 week workout plan (or do yours) - if you can provide some support to keep me honest.

I personally do not run. However I can offer you some assitance and advice if needed. I do have something that you need that will help you with your calves, shins and hip flexors.
