I read the Ads by Google from this website. How true could this weight loss regime be? If it is so good, why doesn't everyone know about it? I'm wondering if it's safe.

RE: Ads by Google

Hi Sandra, unfortunately FitCapital doesn't have much control over the ads that google serves. I'm not sure which exact ad you were referring to but it seems like a weight-loss scam. There are a lot of companies that pretend to offer a formula for quick weight loss. Please know that most of them are scams. If any of them actually result in weight loss, it will come from either water weight or muscle mass, which is neither sustainable nor desirable. Losing muscle will decrease your metabolism, which will actually result in weight gain over the long term because you will no longer burn as many calories at rest. The only formula for effective sustainable weight loss is a combination of healthy nutrition, aerobic exercise, and resistance training.
I hope this helped.
