I only started running about 3 years ago, but ever since then I've been addicted. I have improved a lot since then, but I still have a long way to go. I have been a member of the cross country team at my college for the past 2 years, and that has definately helped me improve. I bought a bike 2 years ago and didn't ride it much at first, but this past summer I decided I wanted to do a triathlon so I began cycling a lot more and really came to enjoy that as well. I have been a lifeguard for 4 years so I swim a lot, but I'm pretty slow. I did 2 sprint distance triathlons this summer and 1 duathlon. I definately thought the duathlon was the hardest. Recently I decided I want to do a half-marathon as my next challenge so I am currently training for that! I have been addicted to working out for the past few years and I do it pretty much everyday. I can't live without it.
