You know it is very hard to get going in the summer. You would think it would be an incentive to get "skinny" for swimming.
It seems as if I can't get motivated. I guess it is the summer which = to have fun. I am trying but maybe I need to try a little harder.

Ok The weekend is here and oh no....
Well, I guess I haven't been doing very well. It is so hard to start going.
Ok, so it is a new week. I am ging to go walking and start off each day fresh.
I guess I actually have to exercise inorder to lose weight. :)
Now it seems as if I am going back up. YUGH... Gotta walk and haven't

Well guess my weight is going up and down.
Well went walking yesterday. I felt so refreshed and energized for the day. Need to continue and keep walking.
Well, haven't been exercising like I should and trying to cut down on my food intake. At least that is the start.
Didn't walk this morning. Now I will need to go tonight. I was being lazy... How many days does it take for a habit to be created?
It was so hard waking up at 6:30 to go for a walk. First time in a long time to start exercising.
