I teach Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga in the tradition of Sri. K. Pattabhi Jois. Ashtanga Yoga is a therapeutic tool and is administered in such a manner at Castle Hill Fitness. I strive to instill a therapeutic perspective of the practice so that practitioners can utilize this method of yoga to improve their well being and self-awareness. The core of my teaching philosphy is to teach the fundamental principals of movement and breath within the Ashtanga system and how the two interact to develop an organic and well balanced practice.
