I'm 30 years of age and have gain at least 60 lbs and hate the way that I feel all the time. Up until 5 yrs ago I was really active lifting weights and running at least 3 days a week. I know what I'm supposed to do as far as eating right but, I can't get my Significant other to do the same and since we live under the same roof I eat what she prepares. I like to work out but, when I start going my body can't handle the activity because of all the weight I've gained. I hope that asking questions and talking to others can get me going.
