i'm so sore i can barely move. upper body workout then a tennis match is tough on the body. soaking the tub tonight.
all i'm doing is maintaing. i guess that's better than gaining. : (
did pretty well this weekend except for the 2 slices of pizza i had. should be a good week. busy with lots of tennis and soccer. : ) excited.
my alarm was suppose to go off at 4:30 this morning. I'm sure it did, but I didn't hear it at all. There goes for working out today. At least I have a soccer game tonight.
so it's time to get back on track. with the long holiday, unhealthy food, and lots of alcohol, it's definitely time to kick it into gear. less than 2 months until my Mexico vacation. hitting the gym every day this week.
i know this is going to be a bad weekend from the start. 4 days of straight drinking and bbq and snacks. going to float the river, but hopefully will get up early and do some cardio before the festivities begin.

i'm trying to do well. i work out and eat well, but just maintaining. i did slurge yesterday with beer and bbq at the pool. going to do well for the next couple days before the long weekend hits.
this is so tough to lose weight. kind of frustrating. i need to get back on track and hit the gym. going to try my best to have a good/heathly weekend.

took a little break this weekend to rest my body. i was really sore last week. feel good and ready for another busy and productive week. hopefully i will lose some weight vs. maintain and gain muscle back.

had an awesome day yesterday. worked out and then had my tennis match. we did really well. can't wait until i'm totally 100% back into the game. still sore and my calf is really tight, but i think i'm going to the gym during lunch to try to stretch and roll it out. until next time. mo
so today is going to be my day off. i'm so exhausted. i worked out for couple hours yesterday morning, then work, then had a soccer game last night. i forget how tough that sport can be. i just need to remember that i need to let my body rest or it won't be doing me much good. can't wait for the gym tomorrow and then i have a mixed doubles match. i'm so happy to be playing tennis again.
so my sister injured her ankle couple weeks ago and i filled in for her last night at her indoor soccer game. i haven't played indoor in over 10 years. it was a tough game. i'm so sore today. need to make sure i stretch a lot today, filling in for her tennis match tonight. yea tennis. then i've got my outdoor soccer game tomorrow, then tennis practice on wednesday. it's going to be a tough week for me.
so i had a long weekend and ate rather healthy besides all the alcohol i had. went to coast the past 3 days. i just logged my weight and accidentally added 10 pounds more. oops. that's why i'm at -5%. I'll update again tomorrow.
I know this has just begun, but I'm just starting back at the gym and soccer and tennis since my calf injury and out for almost 2 months. Today I did my cardio and it was awesome. I love starting my days with a good workout. So I had my soccer game tonight. I thought I would start out slow and play about 10 mins each half to see how much my leg could take it. Well I was wrong, I was in so much pain and we had no subs. I had to play the entire game. Overall, I did well, but no gym tomorrow. Recovery day. Well I might jump in the pool. Therapy always helps.

So today is the day that everything begins. Never participated in an online weight loss program. Sounds interesting. Seems like this can be some good motivation to lose the last few pounds. I've recently had knee surgery and then when I started to recover from that I ruptured a tendon in my calf and have been out of commission for 7 weeks. It's been horrible not being able to walk, work out, play sports, etc. I'm looking forward to start hitting the gym again. Good luck to all.
