Any tips on motivation is great. I have none. Tired from half-time school, full-time work with kids. Can any one help me on this one please? MotivationSubmitted by
Motivation can be found in the things that you enjoy. If you like something, you are more likely to spend time engaging in an activity that involves it. The key is turning that "something" into an activity that is good for you. That could be in the form of calorie-burning exercise, body-rejuvenating rest, stress relieving "Angie-time", introspective self-growth, or getting healthy foods in you. Start by making a small change, feel the difference it makes in your life, then add another small positive change. Soon enough, you'll look back and see how much your routine has improved. That alone, will help to fuel your motivation for a lifetime of healthy habits! |
