I learned in a nutrition course that people need to get approximately 50-55% of their calories from carbohydrates, 30% from fat, and 15-20% from protein. So in order to lose weight, how many grams of carbs, protein, and fat should I be taking in everyday while still giving my body the fuel it needs to workout?
