sameer's picturei would like to help you and give me a diet chart for me which will enable me to loose my and weight and yet stay fit and healthy. i believe excersing does help in weight loss but once you stop that then you put on even more weight than what you had before and here if my diet in balanced for the day then i might not have to go to the gym for a longert period

mikelee's pictureI'm looking into buying a digital scale that has a body fat percentage measurement option. How accurate is the body fat feature? I've been getting measured via the "pinch" method...but never via a scale.
