So, what's the easiest way to get great abs? Go Running!!Submitted by roldielee on Mon, 04/09/2007 - 9:42am.
Running.. Running.. Running is some of the best cardio and majorly works your core.. That with high rep low weight squats is what i have learned from some body builders. Diet comes in second- bc you can eat anything you want, but if you are burning it all off. You can keep eating- if you just eat good and ignore the core- you won't go anywhere. Thanks,Harold Diet is most importantSubmitted by
I've seen many bodybuilders show awesome abs without doing any cardio or crunches. The truth is we all have a six pack; some of us choose not to show it. well, cardio will help toSubmitted by
well, cardio will help to burn the fat around the abs. If you are trying to build them, resistance training and using weights in your ab workouts will benefit. Also, incorporating stability exercises during your workouts will help increase allover core strength. Doing exercises like planks and dynamic ab exercises like bicycles are great ways to get started but you can have the strongest abs in the world and still have fat around them. The cardio and diet will help with that. Let me know if you want ab workout ideas. I teach ablabs! ë¶ˆê³ ê¸°Submitted by bong95 on Wed, 03/14/2007 - 9:22pm.

1st Abs are made in the kitchen, I would start counting calories in vs. calories out...I use fitday.com you can input all of your food consumption and it even breaks down the %carbs, fats, proteins
2nd Cardio is a great way to get your abs to show, you can do a steady state or HITT(intervals) I personally do cardio on an empty stomach in the morning!!
