i have two jobs and a son. my day consistes of waking up go to daycare...go to work..go pick my son up..go home then go to sleep and do it again...tried to work out but very unknowledgeable about it. I just want to get back into a fitness routine and stick to it. But still have it fit in my life. Then also eating habits have to change but again dont know what to eat and how to change my eating habits without spending an arm and leg.
