weight loss
I am currently at 243 pounds. I just hired a trainer at a local gym and I continue to work on eating right and hydrating myself throughout the day. Currently, I work out 5 to 6 days a week. Some weight training, some aerobics and some elliptical. What can I do to increase my weekly weight loss? Also my problem area is upper body, mostly midsection weight. What can I do other than sit ups to increase the shedding of tummy weight? I hear jogging is good? I am so top heavy and jogging hurts my feet! help! |
Continue to lose weight
Mgalvan,
Congratulations on your commitment to a fitter you. I will give you a couple of trade secrets to keep you driving off the weight. Remember, what gets measured can be improved. Start calculating the nuber of calories that you intake and the number that you expense. Begin drinking 8-16 ounces of water before each meal. Set a fitness goal for yourself over the next 3-6 weeks, like walking or running in a 5K.
These are the steps that my son used to loose 90 pounds in 100 days and keep it off.
Regards,
Coach Barrett
