Took major fall running today. Cut up my knees and sprained my arm. Not fun.
Not losing - just maintaining. Ugh!
Bad weekend - no comment.
Finally lost the 4 pounds I gained as a result of work-related stress. Now if I could only lose about 16 more pounds by the end of this contest!
I'm trying to seriously eat better this week. I am finding that exercising alone is not cutting it - I definitely have to make a concerted effort to eat better.
Just had Mexican food for lunch at my FAVORITE place - celebrating a friend's birthday. Will have to not eat the rest of the night.
I wish this were a biggest 'gainer' contest. Maybe I could win that one!
Still have not mustered up the will power or determination to stick to my diet. Time is ticking.
Major stress at work has resulted in my eating more than usual. I guess I am obviously an emotional eater. I ended up gaining back 2 of the pounds I lost. Ugh!
Ugh - after eating greasy Chinese food for lunch yesterday, I gained a pound! Now I have to go back and try twice as hard to lose it.
Funny how weight can come on so quickly (sometimes in a matter of 1 day) when it takes soooooo long to get it off.
Stressful week at work. As a result, I am eating more. I need to quit turning to food for comfort. I am not looking forward to checking my weight on the scale tomorrow morning.
Was able to keep up with exercise for the most part, but with Father's Day weekend all the food is very tempting. I'm worried that I may have gained back the couple of pounds I managed to lose last week. I guess I'll find out when I weigh myself Monday morning.
After a tough weekend, I am back on track. Ate healthy all week and managed to put in my 4+ mile runs every day. Have lost a few pounds. Will try to maintain dieting willpower over the weekend.
Had a tough weekend - had to work the entire weekend. Was stuck at the computer and, as a result, didn't eat well (nibbling on junk food). Plan to start eating healthier this week.
Weighed in yesterday (Thursday/ 06/11). It was not as bad as I anticipated, but I could still stand to lose several pounds. My goal for this contest is to lose 20 pounds. I think that is do-able for a 2 month competition..... if I really kick butt and focus.
