-haven't been doing as well lately, but haven't done too badly -been looking at the top people in the competition, and that's a lot a weight lost already -still tryin' to stick to my diet!
-had my personal training session today; wasn't too bad... -have a softball game tonight, so extra cardio is expected -officially back on diet
-still trying to stick to the diet, but I haven't spent as much time as I'd like in the gym; sucks when things get busy... -will go back tomorrow for a training session
My weight isn't going down how I'd like it for this competition; however, it's because I've been doing A LOT of resistance training. Due to that, I've gotten much stronger, and my body fat percentage has gone down quite a bit. Though I may not win this competition, I must say it's been a great catalyst to get me back in shape.
1. Start a diet, then go to the Bahamas... 2. Consume large amounts of alcohol at the hotel casino in the Bahamas, just because it's the only place where there are free drinks 3. Come back from paradise and tell your personal trainer where you've been; it just pisses them off because they were still working...
-yes, my first day back at the gym, and with a personal trainer... I hurt now :-(
-still trying to get back on my diet -gettin' back int he gym, slowly but surely
I'm back from the Bahamas, and did I have a good time... well, it was the Bahamas, so ABSOLUTELY. However... I wasn't necessarily doing so hot as far as maintaining my diet. I wasn't paying for any of the food, so I sorta indulged a tad.
But now, I'm back on my diet and back in the gym... hopefully I'll be able to stick with it.
I'll be leaving for the Bahamas tomorrow, so I'll be a little out of touch. I will be taking my workout clothes, though, so hopefully I'll be able to stick with it all. We'll be eating at some pretty good places, so hopefully I'll be able to control myself.
-slacked off a little for the 4th of July weekend -start back tomorrow at the gym
-I wasn't able to go to the gym yesterday, but I will go tomorrow -It's been difficult to strictly stay on my diet this week, since I've been so busy, but it hasn't been too bad
-legs are killin' me thanks to the trainer -my official weight keeps going up and down, but it seems I've gotten much stronger with higher endurance; will do another body fat measurement on Friday to see if I'm actually improving -still on diet...
-had a few beers over the weekend, but rewarded/punished myself at the gym to make up for it -still on diet... -it's hard for me to notice visual changes on the outside; however, I feel much better than I did, and my physical abilities are slowly but surely coming back... Hazaah!
-had another personal training session today -no cardio today, because I'm tired as hell -still on diet...
-my entire lower body hurts from yesterday, but I ran for 60 minutes on the elliptical -performed some resistance training -still on diet...
-had a personal training session today; focused on lower body -I hate my personal trainer now... -hopefully, I'll get back to the gym this afternoon to do cardio so I won't be completely sore tomorrow -still on diet, though my trainer says I eat too much protein (but elk and deer meat is so damn good!!!)
-elliptical for 60 minutes -weightlifting for approx. 30 minutes -basketball for approx. 30 minutes -still on diet...
-ran for another hour -weightlifting (upper body) -still on diet
-still keepin' up with my cardio -still, yes STILL on diet...
-ran 1 hour on elliptical -worked upper body and abs for about 45 minutes -played basketball for about 30 minutes, trying to never stop and keep moving -yes... still on diet (that means I still haven't had a beer!)
-still on diet -have a softball game tonight, so hopefully will be able to run sometime before or after
-ran for 1 hour on elliptical -still on diet... actually joined Weight Watchers
-Ran for 1 hour on elliptical -I'm going to take a few personal training sessions beginning Tuesday, June 16. -Went to one of my favorite Mexican restaurants, and ordered the fish instead of the wonderful, WONDERFUL enchillas... - therefore, still on diet...
-Performed minor core training -Ran for 1 hour on elliptical machine -Still on my diet
Returned to the gym for the first time today after my hospitalization in February. -Ran for 1 hour on the elliptical machine at a constant rate -Did minor upper-body -probably most importantly, put myself on a diet
