Just not feeling well today at all but I will try to get on the treadmill later. I didn't work out at all yesterday but I didn't eat much either.

I am tired and need a break from work but I am continuing with my workouts. I did intense 30 min cardio last night and will do the same tonight. My diet is back on track and I have gotten to the grocery store for some much needed fresh fruit.

The weekend wasn't good at all I ate bad and didnt work out on Sat. or Sunday. I got back with it on Monday with intense cardio and again on Tuesday. Now I just need to get my diet clean again. Today I do intense cardio again and maybe hit the weight the weekend but for now I am concentrating on running and trying to melt some fat.

well I didn't work out at all yesterday, I was just too tired. So I will be doing cardio today and weight training with cardio on Sunday. My main goal is to keep my diet clean this weekend. With Father's Day and a BBQ today that will be hard but I just have to make good food choices and watch portion size.

I am so happy it's Friday. I had a great leg work out last night, I love working out my legs they can take so much more. I also worked on biceps and they are a little sore today. Today is a cardio day, my buddy is trying to get me to go play basketball but I don't Ball but it might be fun to just try it.

I'm just happy it's Thursday. I'm doing good with my clean eating although yesterday was the day from HELL! I so wanted to drown myself in some good ol chocolate chip cookies YUMMMM!! BUT I didn't do it I have managed to stay away from the sweets and that's a good thing. I just grabbed me a pear and went on my way. I so did not want to do cardio yesterday but I got my butt up and did 35 min of walk/run on the treadmill with interval aerobic moves in the heat of my garage and it felt great once I was done. I have put up several pictures of my self at my heavist weight of 256 pounds to keep me motivated. I never want to go back there, after 5 years I am positive I never will but it keeps me motivated to lose these last pounds. It is so hard to get past the last leg of of this to reach my goal.

ok so I really hate this weighing in 3 days a week, it seems a bit much but oh well gotta do it. Your body fluctuates so much even in just a day and if you are a woman forget it. We gain a pound of fluid in an hour it seems like it. I normally wouldn't weigh my self this often maybe once a month but not 3 times a week. I am also going by measurements and how my clothes fit and I did actually get into a size 10 skirt that was tight but now feels a bit loose and looked a lot better then it did last month so I know I am making progress so the scale doesn't tell the whole story but I will abide by the contest rules and continue to torture myslef with the dreaded weigh ins. I just have to remind myself its just a number and not get all depressed about it.

ok for the most part I did good I managed to work out Friday and Saturday weight training and cardio and I took Sunday off. My cheats happend on Sat. had a Mexican Martini and chips and salsa*** Yummy but I know that was alot of empty calories so that was my last drink for a long while. My eating was good all weekend for the most part, still no sweets. Well I will be back in the gym tomorrow weight training and running.
Well I was hoping my team Orlando Majic would win the NBA title but I guess they just were'nt ready for Kobe and the LA Lakers.

Leg work outlast night and it was good and intense. I love working legs to the point of failure.
So I did great during the week but the test will be the weekend. I tend to go off my clean eating but since I'm so focused now my goal is to stick with my clean eating 7 days a week. I must say the increase in fruit intake has silenced my sweet tooth for a while.
Well it's upper body tonight and an running for cardio.

I ran 1.5 miles yesterday and did squat jumps, one leg lunges and good mornings it was a good workout in the heat of my garage. Today I head to the gym to pump some iron, can't wait I love weight lifting! Ok so the clean eating is going pretty good and I'm not starving myself. I found my favorite treat Natural Peanut butter with honey I love 1 tbs of it with an apple for a snack. Although I'm not really counting calories I am staying in between 1500 to 1200 per day and drinkning lots of water. I worked out pretty hard on legs this past Sunday and my legs are still sore, so I took Monday off but did intense cardio Tuesday and yesterday and so I am ready to get back in the gym today. I also take my picture and measure myself today and I might as well try on my size 10's to see just how much work I have ahead of me, but it will keep me motivated to keep going even when I just don't want to do it.

ok so I ran 1.5 miles yesterday and it was great. So far so good with my clean eating plan. I'm not really counting calories but I am paying close attention to portion sized and I weigh and count my food so that I stay within serving size. I have increased my veggie and fruit intake and eliminated fast digesting carbs like sweets. I have also limited diet soda and increase H2O intake and I'm feeling good. My game plan is just to continue eating clean I'm not going to cut my calories down to nothing that's just not safe or realistic. I have been there done that and it does work but it's just not a smart way to maintain the weight loss. My goal is to decrease my body fat and not lose muscle. So if I weigh 150 pounds with 17-19% body fat that's cool with me the more muscle and less fat the better for me.My work outs will consist of weight training 3-4x a week and cardio at least 5-6 days with some rest days in there, I'm not trying to burn out or over train as I have learned that's not smart and increases the risk of self injury.

Ok so I weighed in and it's not as bad as I thought but I'm still not happy.I have my work cut out for me but I'm ready for the challange. My total goal is 40 pounds but I know that won't happen during the contest because that's just not safe. I'm just going to use this contest as a means for motivation, it's all about the accountability that makes me stick to it.

ok so I'm starting this competition today and so far so good but it's only 9:41 in the am.
I haven't weighed in as of yet and I am dreading it. I really have to do good, no great with my diet since that seems to be my biggest problem. My workouts are great I tend to do circuit with weights and cardio and I have started running again hoping to get back to my 3 miles a day but it's going to take some time.
