Well, still doing P90x and still running every chance I get.
Yes. i needed to workout today, i didn't have time to good and hag out with everyone having parties. I got in a great workout of P90X, swam at the gym, and ran at the park with my dogs.
I feel pretty good and looking forward to sleeping tonight.
Ok. It's been a while since i've been able to write but at todays weight-i, I noticed something .. I am wearing my small pants and not the big boys anymore. I am down a size and needed a belt today for work.
I really feel like I can step it up a notch and do the two a days for a little while. I feel good and have more energy in the afternoons for p90x.
Ok. Watched two great games today.
The afternoon delight of the biggest upset in soccer history. We beat Spain in the semifinals. Okay, so what, right?
Spain had not lost in years. They the world's best team and they just came off a european cup win. They are awesome when it comes to the world of soccer and we beat them.
The night cap with a lot of very unhappy people. I honestly wasn't going to stay on the diet tonight, but I have to thank the people around me showing me so much "local love" that I just had a small meal and left.
So worked out watching one game and stayed on my diet watching another.
Not a bad day.
Today, started P90x so we will see what happens. I really don't think its for "fat boys" but I'm willing to try something. Working out at 5 am in a empty gym is getting boring.

Well, I have the best way to lose weight... become a film maker.
Weekend started Friday morning. I left my bed at 5:30 am, June 19th.
Went to work, normal time, put in my 8, then got ready for the 48 hour film project. The genre, character, prop, and line selection meeting was at 7:00 pm and I was writing by 9:00. Finished the script and started the shot log, ad storyboard around 3:30 am. Finished, and was at Sams for snacks, water, and batteries at 7:00 am. Went to pick up equipment at 10:00 am, and met with my group at 10:30. We were on location by 12:00 and our first shoot at 12:30.
Filmed all day until 7:00 then bought pizzas for the cast and crew. You you know what? I didn't have time. I was with the composer, and different cast members going on footage. We wrapped first day at 11:00 pm. I packed the equipment, and cleaned, I was home by 1:30 am. That's when I started editing. Log, capture, and editing until 9 am. Back on set at 10 am. Wrapped the final shot at 1:30 and back to editing. Ran into problems so the editing went through to midnight. Missed the deadline, but still working to get project screened. Worked throughout and got the DVD to the drop off at 10 am monday morning. Went to bed for the first time since Friday morning at 11:30.
Didn't do a before and after, but today I was down 6 lbs from my last blog date.
My life gets back to normal tuesday.
funny thing is that the more i work on this film stuff, the less i eat. the not so funny this is that when the filming stops, i begin to eat again. ..
Today, much like tomorrow and the rest of the weekend will be.. all work, no play, little food. What happens monday.
I hope to start P90X. Anyone game to start with me? I've done it twice but it's never for more than a few weeks and little results.
Back to today. Eat one hamburger and gave the rest of the food to my dogs. Didn't like the service, and I didn't feel like eating. One dr. pepper, and two coffees.
Didnt run or swim but worked for 13 hours straight.
Ok.
Diet is all off.
Working flex hours and not sure what time or how long I will work a day. Went to work today at 7-5, tomorrow is 6-4, and Monday was 8-7.
Going to the gym was thrown off because I work out in the morning.
I hope things shape up better for next week.
I'm not that hungry but the exercise is not making me more tired. I have more energy during the day but that carries over into the night. Cant seem to sleep.
Ok. the day started out very well with a 3k on the treadmill.
Breakfast: V8, sausage muffin, coffee.
Lunch: 6 pc chicken nuggets, sweet tea, small salad
Drink 1/2 gal of water so far.
Going back outside to pull weeds and re-plant the garden.
Ok. I'm starting out this morning with a 3k run on the treadmill. I will go by HEB to pick up some fruit for lunch. I stay active all day so I don't think about food until 6pm tonight.
Ok. I'm ready to go.
Played basketball after work the went to go weight in. Crazy, right? Nope. I want, wait, need to drop this weight. I started trying two weeks ago when I was at 250. I just hope I can make my goal this time.
Looking forward to the weight in tomorrow. I needed to get used to blogging.

I missed the weight in today at 6-7 because I got caught helping someone and giving them a ride home. I didn't know they needed to go from Round rock to oak hill..
I will try again on thursday after work.
I really hope this time I lose the weight. I've been waiting for something like this for years.
