Sorry all was ready for competition but since on vacation unable to keep up with blogs and weigh ins good luck everyone
On vacation so having a hard time. Going out to eat every night. Getting tired of salads
Lost control and went overboard and over ate feel like crap now so I got to figure out what I can do now
to keep up.. doing traveling right now, so don't have access to a computer and phone is down.
still cutting meals, but not excersing, because we have been on the road since thursday.
meals are becoming difficult because all we have is to go food.
still keeping my head up and trying.
It is too hot to be walking running even breathing these days in this weather but I am still trying just not as hard as I should be. After next week God willing I won't need to. Going to join a gym so hopefully I can get some serious pounds off.
One of my problems or so they tell Me is that I don't drink enough water. Added water to may daily routine. up to four 8oz glasses now. Proud of myself since I didnt drinking water before.
for mornings, at least. do stairs during work, at least twice and walking at least 2miles after work. still eating smaller portions of food.
to finding a routine of excersice. cutting down portions still, and trying to add in vegies.
i have a lot on my plate so right now I am trying to find out what exercise works and when I can fit it in. Only managing meals right now or at least trying.
my mom is going stay with me for two weeks, so i have another challenge...resisting my mom's home cooked meals...
hopefully my smaller portions and excersie will work.

just trying to see how this "blog" thing works.. still new to this computer stuff
I just found out u need to make an apt with a Leslie to weigh in.... So call before u just so up like I did. you can save time and gas. Best of luck everyone.
