I have lost a lot of weight in the past 3 years going from a size 24 to a 10 but i still have a good 25-30 pounds to go. I'm 5'0 and have a body fat% of 21. I workout 5-6 days a week doing boot camp 3 dyas a week which is a very intense 1 hour workout and i lift heavy weights and cardio 3 dyas a week. I am pretty good with my nutrition, except for the holidays. It is killig me to get rid of the last 25 pounds. I eat anywhere from 1500 to 1200 calories a day including high protien with complex carbs and low cal protein shakes. What else can I do to loose weight. I don't want to be skinny at all as for my body type that I will never be. I'm short and carry alot of muscle and I feel like my body is fighting to hold on to that last 25 pounds I want to get rid of. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

You seem to be putting alot of effort and consideration in to your current regimen. Which is a good thing. If you wouldn't mind, please give me your weight, percieved stress levels and the amount of rest you normally have. As well as how long you have been consistent with your nutrition and workouts. Also in the nutrition portion your caloric count is great how is the food quality? i.e. clean, organic, no white bread, sugar, soy, dairy?
