FitCapital 2009 Summer Weight Loss Competition
Welcome to the FitCapital 2009 Weight Loss Competition!
If you don't have a FitCapital.com account yet, click on "Create New Account" on the left to register for FREE.
We have some great cash prizes for you:
- 1st Place: $1,000
- 2nd Place: $500
- 3rd Place: $250
- 4th Place: $100
- 5th Place: $50
Note: Winners are ranked based on weight-loss PERCENTAGE (not number of pounds lost). For example, if you weigh 200 pounds at the beginning of the competition and lose 20 pounds by the end, that means that you lost 10%.
In order to qualify for a cash prize, you must:
- Go to one of our weigh-in centers at the beginning and end of the competition. We will supervise your weigh-ins only these two times. See below for locations as well as dates for initial and final weigh-ins.
- Weigh-in online on FitCapital.com at least three times a week. Click on the "weigh in" link on the left after you login. You will be disqualified if you miss your online weigh-ins.
- Blog about your experience at least three times a week by clicking on the "post blog" link.
- Take a picture at the beginning of the competition and another one at the end. If you're one of the top 5 winners, you will have to send us the two pictures to post on the FitCapital.com homepage in order to receive your cash prize.
Initial Weigh-in dates: June 8- June 13.
Final Weigh-in dates: August 10 - August 14
